Melbourne is a wonderful city...

untill you need to plan what to wear, then its a bugger.

i have my sisters graduation tonight (law) and i'm sitting here trying to work out what the fuck to wear. its the kinda thing thats just up a little from jeans and swish top. but not a nice dress type event. ya know?
i thought about the nice dress rout, BUT its bloody windy an i want to stay warm. i'm very, very much thinking i'll wear my dark jeans and then hunt down a nice top. i thought about wearing the dress i wore to my 21st over the top but then realized i feel rather like i'm wearing a decorative spud sack, which is something i dont like. not helped by the fact i'll feel judged eather way i go as my mother is like that. we dont have the $$ for me to buy a new (albe it second hand) top for today. being 32wks up the duff will do that. so i need to hunt and around the cupboard for something that'll fit...which will be hard, seeing as DJ was a high-of-summer (black saterday) bub...so winter is not my friend!

now...to see what i can find...
