when spending your hubbys money!
we went shopping yesterday - for bundy clothes plus some new jumpers for DJ - thanks to him being Mr chuck alot still, we go though a fair few. and DH also needed a new one as he loves braking the Zips on his. after bundy is born i'll be taking his good jacket (which cost me a whole $10! and its a husky one) to have a zip re attached or re done or what ever it is they do to them to make the zip work...do they sell "man proof" ones? how a man thats easily 10-15 KG lighter then me can brake a zip yet i wore that jacket at 30 something weeks UTD with DJ and it was fine!
we ended up buying two new out fits in polar fleese and a jump sute to go under one - as it didnt have feet! neutral colours AKA white and brown plus some new socks for DJ with rubber bit things on the bottem of the feet so DJ wont slip when trying to stand up plus two jumpers for him as well. i also got a new tank top and cardi - its a light waight cotton one but i figer after i've had bundy i can pass it on to my cousin who is expecting twins in september (ish) and she might like it for work - when ever she choose to finish.
i'm getting clucky with bundy - after this post i'll be going and washing all the clothes we've bought for bundy which thus far is 1 blue jump sute, one pink one white plus the two polar fleese out fits. no doubt i'll buy more in time because yes bundy is the second bub but i want them to have their own "new" stuff too! i'm also thinking once bundy is born about buying a new sling - i have a bubba moe one which is wonderful - in summer as its cotton but im thinking bundy will be a winter baby and im umming and arring about a hugabub or alike. so i can move a little easier with DJ and all - plus if they're a reflux bub they'll be more upright. i also got my GTT test results back - all normal. i also told the midwife i'd like to delay cord clamping as well becuase i've read it can help reduse the risk of janduice - particularly in negative blood types (mine and DJ's are both A-. ) now i get to enjoy the last nine weeks (or so) of bundy kicking me and rolling around. they're also "almost" head down, which means bundys head was on my left hip on saterday. so im bouncing on the fit ball like a mad women - but its also been a good way to relax of a night of late too.
now i better go wash thease jump suites before it starts to rain or something!
